Perhaps the owner should respect international copyright laws. She commits two errors: Selling the work of an artist without credit & stealing the photograph from a photograph!

Unfortunately, the users are attacking us in DaWanda. We hope her shop is taken down soon because she is selling photographs from other people without their permission.

So.. nach einem Tag offline voller Arbeit und nur kurzen Internet Besuchen mein letzter Kommentar:
Street Heart garantiert, der Inhaber/Urheber der im Street Heart Shop gezeigten Motive zu sein und alle Nutzungsrechte inne zu haben.
Wenn ihr der Meinung seid, dass dies nicht so ist, kontaktiert STREET HEART direkt, einen Anwalt und dann vergleichen wir die Werke. Hört auf, dieses Forum mit euren Behauptungen voll zu spammen. Das ist peinlich und unangebracht und für uns geschäftsschädigend.
Vielleicht ist das aber auch der Sinn hinter dieser ganzen Spam Aktion und ihr seid einfach nur genervte Street Art Künstler, die um jeden Preis verhindern wollen, dass man ihre Werke vertreibt. Netter Versuch!!!!
Daß ein und dasselbe Street Art Motive abfotografiert wird, selbst aus ähnlichen Winkeln, hat es schon immer gegeben. Und ja, Flickr ist voll damit. Warum ich meine Motive nicht auf Flickr habe? Weil ich eben nicht will, dass sie für jeden zugänglich sind.
Wenn ihr noch weiter diskutieren und spammen wollt, bitte schön! Aber lasst Dawanda davon verschont. Schade, dass der Support erst Montag wieder am Start sein wird.

Vieeeeeelen Dank für Eure Unterstützung in dieser hässlichen Diskussion. Ich war den ganzen Tag unterwegs und melde mich jetzt erst zu Wort nachdem wir kopfschüttelnd und fassungslos alle neuen Einträge seit gestern Nacht verfolgt haben
Es ist unfassbar was hier abgeht. Und ich bin verärgert, dass Dawanda so schlecht organisiert ist, dass man am WE nicht handeln kann und es wie in anderen Foren üblich, keine Moderatoren online gibt.
Wir hoffen jedenfalls, dass in Zukunft solche Vorfälle nicht mehr passieren, bzw. man sich gegen diesen Hinterhalt besser schützen kann.
Und dass man wieder DER Sache nachgehen kann, weswegen wir eigentlich hier sind: Schöne Dinge an nette Kunden verkaufen – with Love

… but the image is definitely my friend Chris‘. And what she is doing is dirty, wrong, and she should be kicked off of that site, for sure.
As a photographer, I think that it is one thing to take a photograph that has some artistic merit of it’s own, but it’s a totally different situation when you focus solely on an image that someone else has created and try to profit off of that. That’s just pathetic and wrong and she should be making a cent.
